Dynamic Meditation

This meditation lasts one hour and consists of five complementary stages. In the first three stages, we use movement, breath, and sound to evoke repressed and blocked emotions in order to vent them through the body. The last two stages are to integrate the experience and stabilize the new, fresh energy. This meditation is a quick, intense, and thorough method of breaking through the old mind-body patterns that keep us trapped in the past. It helps to activate and cultivate the inner observer. It allows you to experience freedom, peace and silence hidden behind the walls of our conditioning.
