This meditation consists of four stages. Through shaking movements, our body starts to tremble and release tension and fear that is stored in the body. Full immersion in the shaking and dancing in the first two stages helps to dissolve the tensions in the body and melt the blockages caused by the trauma that have stopped and suppressed the energy flow in the body. When this energy is free to flow, it transforms into bliss and joy. The last two steps allow all of this energy to flow vertically, moving upward to turn into silence. Kundalini meditation is a helpful tool to integrate the therapeutic process and a very effective way to relax and let go at the end of the day.
