This quality restores lightness of heart, the ability to enjoy life without guilt, and contact with natural celebration, play and the pleasure of existence.<\/p>\n<p>The Yellow Latifa invites us into the place within us that can still experience wonder, creativity, humour and spontaneity. It supports the return to that part of the True Self which is alive, simple, innocent and full of natural joy.<\/p>\n<h3>What will this workshop be about?<\/h3>\n<p>During the workshop, we will explore contact with the Yellow Essence through experiential work, the body, meditation, mindfulness and the space of play. We will look at what separates us from lightness, spontaneity and the joy that flows from the depth of our being.<\/p>\n<p>Contact with the Yellow Latifa can help soften excessive control, heaviness, guilt related to feeling happiness, and beliefs that take away our right to play, creativity and pleasure. It is an invitation to regain contact with innocence and bliss that are still present within us.<\/p>\n<h3>Who is this workshop for?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>for people interested in working with the Essences and experiencing this aspect of the Self,<\/li>\n<li>for people who want to regain contact with joy, lightness and spontaneity,<\/li>\n<li>for people working with a sense of heaviness, excessive control or guilt around feeling joy and happiness,<\/li>\n<li>for people who want to deepen contact with childlike innocence and creativity,<\/li>\n<li>for participants or people considering the four-year education within EPI &#8211; Essential Psychotherapy Institute,<\/li>\n<li>for people who want to experience deep emotional work and bodywork in a safe group space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Form of work<\/h3>\n<p>The workshop will combine experiential work, meditation, mindfulness, bodywork and sharing in the group.
