When we are connected with it, we do not get lost in thoughts, worries, dramas or inner confusion. We are more present, in contact with reality, the body and ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>The experience of the White Essence can bring a sense of stability, grounding and inner support. It helps us feel that we do not have to constantly strive or fight with life, but can gradually surrender to its flow with greater trust.<\/p>\n<h3>What will this workshop be about?<\/h3>\n<p>During the workshop, we will explore contact with the White Essence through experiential work, the body, presence and mindfulness. We will look at what moves us away from a sense of stability, grounding and contact with the True Self.<\/p>\n<p>When contact with the White Latifa is weakened, we may feel a lack of inner support, fear, anxiety, distraction or difficulty staying connected with ourselves. This workshop is an invitation to meet again the quality of presence that can support healing inner splitting and fragmentation.<\/p>\n<h3>Who is this workshop for?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>for people interested in working with the Essences and experiencing this aspect of the Self,<\/li>\n<li>for people who want to experience a state of grounding and presence,<\/li>\n<li>for people experiencing distraction, fear, anxiety or a lack of inner support,<\/li>\n<li>for people who want to strengthen their sense of stability and contact with the True Self,<\/li>\n<li>for participants or people considering the four-year education within EPI \u2014 Essential Psychotherapy Institute,<\/li>\n<li>for people who want to experience deep emotional work and bodywork in a safe group space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Form of work<\/h3>\n<p>The workshop will combine experiential work, meditation, mindfulness, bodywork and sharing in the group.
