The art of intimacy: creating love and true connection part 2

In this group we will continue to look at the emotional anatomy of
relationships and relating and we will deepen into our issues around
building and creating trust in intimate relationships.
We will zoom into the stages inside the coupleship, as we grow as a couple,
and how these are related to our developmental history from childhood. We
will bring our awareness to our fixed patterns that stamp from our past, in
order to heal the pain of alienation that prevents us from enjoying our
life.

Podczas drugiej części warsztatu, będziemy kontynuować przyglądanie się
emocjonalnej anatomii relacji oraz naszym wyzwaniom w budowaniu zaufania i
więzi. W tej części przyjrzymy się szczególnie etapom rozwojowym, przez
jakie przechodzi para, rozwijając się w kierunku swojej dojrzałości oraz
temu, jak one korespondują z naszą historią rozwoju emocjonalnego w
dzieciństwie. Pogłębimy nasze rozumienie i doświadczenie jak nasze
utrwalone już wzorce, które pochodzą z przeszłości, mogą zostać uleczone w
kierunku kontaktu, intymności i radości w relacji.
