About us

We create a space for psychotherapy, meditation and deep inner work

Centrum Bhavana was created out of a need to combine psychotherapeutic work with experiential work — working with the body, breath, sound, expression and meditation practice. It is a place for people who are looking for a safe and mindful space to better understand and feel themselves, and to gradually return to contact with their own authenticity.

Wspólna przestrzeń pracy

A shared space of work

Psychotherapy, meditation and experience

The people collaborating with Bhavana are connected by mindfulness, respect for the process, work through experience and a deep interest in the human being — their story, body, emotions, relationships and inner potential.

What matters to us

We work in an atmosphere of safety, respect and mindfulness

At the centre of our work is the human being — their inner experience, authentic Self and potential. We create a space where it is possible to be closer to yourself, in a more authentic and sensitive relationship, with greater freedom from external or internal pressure, without a mask or a role.

Safety

We care for conditions in which it is possible to gradually approach difficult topics, with respect for each person’s boundaries and readiness.

Relationship

We believe that change happens in contact — with yourself, with another person and with what previously had to be cut off or left unspoken. We create conditions for it to be felt and expressed.

Authenticity

It is not only about reducing symptoms, but also about regaining living contact with your own needs, emotions, body and inner truth.
