About the place
We weave together psychotherapeutic expertise, bodywork, meditation, and group processes. We focus on holding space during our sessions and workshops to help people open up and rebuild trust – in others, the world, and themselves.

See detailsHow we work
We work integratively, combining conversation, psychoeducation, deep emotional work, bodywork, mindfulness, and relationships. We care about more than just what you understand and know; we are deeply interested in what you feel and experience deep within yourself, and what that experience truly needs. Perhaps it needs acceptance, warmth, or maybe permission to express yourself?
Throughout this process, safety, presence, and respecting each person’s unique pace are essential to us.

Every experience is personal and unique. Below you will find a few voices from people who have participated in workshops, group processes or meetings organised by Centrum Bhavana.
Our approach
Change becomes possible when it involves every layer of experience – how you perceive the world, process emotions, respond physically, and build relationships.
We organise experiences, recognise schemas and build a language for understanding yourself and your reactions.
We build the mode of the Inner Observer, which sees and accepts what is happening inside you.
We work with needs, wounds and vulnerable parts that need attention, acceptance and caring contact.
Sometimes our emotions need permission and safe boundaries to express anger, frustration or pain.
We treat the body as an important source of information and regulation. Working with breath, grounding, and body awareness helps us experience emotions more safely and regain a connection with ourselves. The body is our resource – it is a book of life, and the body never lies.

About us
Bhavana was founded by Agnieszka Wrzosek-Borodiuk – a psychologist and certified integrative experiential psychotherapist.
At the heart of our work is presence – being deeply present with the person and the relationship, building trust, and showing a profound respect for each individual’s unique process. We weave together experiential psychotherapy, bodywork, meditation practice, and work with Essences.
