Meditation Day – A Journey into Intimacy with Yourself
How can the practice of meditation help you experience yourself more deeply? How can you feel greater intimacy with yourself — not through analysis, but through presence?
Meditation is not an escape from the world. It is a return home — to the body, the breath, the heart and that place within you that often gets lost beneath layers of roles, responsibilities, tension and external expectations.
During Meditation Day, we will create space for meeting yourself without pressure, without pretending and without judging what appears. It is an invitation to pause, feel yourself and come closer to your inner world.
What will this day be about?
We will explore different forms of active meditation based on movement, breath, dance, sound, shaking and free expression.
For many people, sitting in silence can be difficult — especially when the body is tense, frozen or when the mind is constantly racing. Active practices can help open the door to deeper contact with yourself.
What can you experience?
- you may feel more presence in your body,
- you will “zoom in” on your inner world,
- you will pause and listen to yourself,
- you will experience meditation not only as silence, but also as movement, breath and living expression,
- you will build a closer, more tender relationship with yourself.

Form of work
Meditation Day will combine active meditation practices, movement, breath, dance, sound, shaking, free expression and sharing the experience in the group.
The work takes place in an atmosphere of mindfulness, with respect for boundaries, individual pace and whatever appears in each person’s experience.
